Slips, Trips and Falls

This 27-minute course will teach you to identify hazardous workplace conditions and unsafe practices that can lead to slips, trips, and falls and how to prevent incidents through good housekeeping practices, safe behavior, and identification of corrective actions required to eliminate hazardous walking and working surface conditions. You will also learn how to fall properly to avoid serious injury, and how to respond to a fall injury should one occur. This lesson will focus on same-level falls, as opposed to falls from heights.
No in-person skills evaluation is required for this course. It is presented as online-only. Upon successful completion of the online course, a Certificate of Online Training will be issued. The course is one credit per individual.
