These Terms of Service (TOS) are intended to help enhance the use of this website  by preventing unacceptable use.  All users of the website or services (the "services") must comply with these TOS.  The use of the services constitutes your acceptance of these TOS.  "Us", "we" or "our" refers to Lifesaver Education Courses.


We support the free flow of information and ideas over the internet and do not actively monitor use of the services under normal circumstances.  However, we may disable or terminate any access that, in our sole discretion may be illegal, may subject us to liability, or which may violate these TOS.  We may cooperate with legal authorities and/or third parties in the investigation of any suspected or alleged crime or civil wrong.  Your violation of these TOS may result in other actions as detailed above/below. These TOS should be read in conjunction with our other policies.



The following constitute violations of these TOS:

  • Illegal use; using the services to transmit any material (by Email, uploading, posting, or otherwise) that, intentionally or unintentionally, violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law, or any rules or regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • Harm to minors; using the services to harm, or attempt to harm, minors in any way.

  • Threats; using the services to transmit any material (by Email, uploading, posting, or otherwise) that threatens or encourages bodily harm or destruction of property.

  • Harassment; using the services to transmit any material (by Email, uploading, posting, or otherwise) that harasses, intimidates, bullies,  or embarases another.

  • Political Content; using the services to transmit material, comments, or images that favor or disparage any individual, candidate or political party.

  • Fraudulent activity; using the services to making fraudulent offers to sell or buy products, items, or services, or to advance any type of financial scam such as "pyramid schemes," "ponzi schemes," and "chain letters".

  • Forgery or impersonation; attempting to impersonate any person by using forged headers or other identifying information is prohibited. The use of anonymous Emailers or nicknames does not constitute impersonation.

  • Unsolicited commercial Email/unsolicited bulk Email; Using the services to transmit any unsolicited commercial Email or unsolicited bulk Email. Activities that have the effect of facilitating unsolicited commercial Email or unsolicited bulk Email whether or not that Email is commercial in nature, are prohibited.

  • Unauthorized access; using the services to access or to attempt to access the accounts of others; or to penetrate or attempt to penetrate our security measures or another entity's computer software or hardware, whether or not the intrusion results in the corruption or loss of data.

  • Copyright or trademark infringement; using the services to transmit any material (by Email, uploading, posting, or otherwise) that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, the unauthorized copying of copyrighted material, the digitization and distribution of photographs from magazines, books, or other copyrighted sources, and the unauthorized transmittal of copyrighted software.

  • Collection of personal data; using the services to collect, or attempt to collect, personal information about third parties without their knowledge or consent.

  • Reselling the services or any part thereof without our authorization.

  • Network disruptions and unfriendly activity; using the services for any activity which adversely affects the ability of other people or systems to use our services or the internet. This includes "denial of service" (DoS) attacks. Interference with or disruption of other network users, network services, or network equipment is prohibited.



We request that anyone who believes there is or has been  a violation of these TOS to direct the information to our Webmaster.  If available, please provide the following information (Email with full header information provides all of the requested information as do syslog files):

  • The IP address used to commit the alleged violation.

  • The date and time of the alleged violation in CST if possible.

  • Evidence of the alleged violation.



We may take any one or more of the following actions in response to complaints:

  • Issue written or verbal warnings.

  • Suspend or terminate the user's account or access to the site.

  • Bill the user for administrative costs.

  • Bring legal action to enjoin violations and/or to collect damages caused by violations.



You are permitted to view our website only in its full presentation form and are prohibited from "framing" our website. You may link to our website only by linking to the home page located at  Providing a link to our website may imply an endorsement or association between us and your website when in fact this is not true or possibly undesirable for us.  You are prohibited from "deep linking" to any other pages in a manner to bypass the home page.  By providing links to other websites, we do not guarantee, approve, or endorse the information or products available at these websites, nor does a link indicate any association with, or endorsement by us.



We reserve the right to revise, amend, or modify our policies and agreements at any time.  Notice of any revision, amendment, or modification to our policies will be posted on this page.



We are committed to complying with U.S. copyright law.  The images on this website are either licensed or are in the public domain.  The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA") provides recourse for owners of copyrighted material who believe that their rights under U.S. copyright law have been infringed on the internet.  Under the DMCA, copyright owners may contact the authorized agent to report alleged infringements of their protected works.  Upon receipt of a properly filed complaint satisfying the requirements of the DMCA, we will remove or block access to the allegedly infringing material.  If a user of the service believes in good faith that a notice of copyright infringement has been wrongly filed, such person may submit a counternotice.  We will not be a party to disputes over alleged copyright infringement.

For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information when providing notice of the claimed copyright infringement:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of the infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled as well as information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.

  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.

  • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law.

  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

You should be aware that under the DMCA, claimants who make misrepresentations concerning copyright infringement may be liable for damages incurred as a result of the removal or blocking of the material, court costs, and attorney fees.



If a notice of copyright infringement has been filed against you, you may file a counternotification with our designated agent at the address listed above. Such counternotification must contain the following information:

  • Physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the federal district in which you are located, and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.


If we receives a valid counternotification, the DMCA provides that the removed material will be restored, or access re-enabled.  Please be advised that U.S. copyright law provides substantial penalties for a false counternotice filed in response to a notice of copyright infringement.
